Help!!! We’ve out grown our cozy hunting cabin that is located close to forest access. Remodeled cabin was built around a mobile but is taxed as real property. There is a small sleeping area in the mobile area too, but not considered a bedroom. The futon and sleeper sofa provide more sleeping area. Possible owner financing!!
